How do I become a member?

Simple, press sign in and type in your basic contact information. You can enter field of interest to further assist us in providing you with relevant information.

If I want to place an order for a book I cannot find, what do I do?

Kindly contact our customer service, our staff can provide you with resources and order any book you would like to purchase.

How do I know which shipping method to choose?

Depending on the size of your order and if you are in a hurry to receive it different methods are available. We will quote you the cost before any order is placed so that you have all the information necessary.

How long does it usually take for a book to be delivered if not in stock?

It takes anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is quicker and express even faster.

I need to place an order of textbooks for a school; can Jordan Book Centre assist us?

Yes, if you are a local school our sales representative/s can come and visit you on campus so that we can properly with the attention you deserve. If you are not a local school please contact our sales department.

We placed a bulk order, where do we pick it up?

JBC offers door-to-door services. Once your books arrive we will contact you and deliver to site of request.

I am more interested in the children’s educational material but would like more information and prices. Can I call you for the information?

Yes, please see our contact bookshop for detailed information, catalogues, product and price list. If you are purchasing quantities you will be offered a special discount.

I need classified book shelf-ready for an academic library. Can JBC get me in touch with such companies?

We can do more than that, we can purchase the books, have them systematically classified and shelf-ready for your establishment without you worrying about how to get it done.

What if my shipment of books is delivered damaged?

We check every book before it is sent out to our customers. However should you receive a book / books that are damaged JBC will replace it, no questions asked. We will in addition supply you with replacements as quickly as possible.

How do I buy on-line?

E-commerce is still very new to Jordan and our team’s main objective is to set this service up as soon as possible. In the mean time you can contact our sales department and they will be able to give you options of payment methods and you can choose which is more convenient for you.

I have written a book and would like it published who do I contact at JBC to find out more?

JBC has published works of many writers and you will need to contact administration and they will accordingly be able to assist you.
